  • Key Responsibilities : a: Building and configuring Medallia platform b: Medallia and/or Accenture project managers c: Working closely with client d: Platform and data file specification design e: System setup and configuration f: Quality assurance and testing g: Support iterative build based on UAT feedback h: Support data load and updates of data refreshes i: Enable ingest of additional data sources j: Provide data threading assessment reports
  • Technical Experience : a: Strong Medallia system and config knowledge b: 1-2 years programing/config background like JavaScript, html, xml useful but not required c: Knowledge of OCEM and Medallia best practices d: General delivery and client-facing experience e: Excited to learn new technology and skills f: Willing to go the extra mile to solve business problems
