Job description

Position Title: Mechanical Technical Lead Engineer / Mechanical Technical Lead Engineer, Sr.
(Specialization in Engineering Processes, Quality and Data analytics)
Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing)
• Years of experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  

Primary Responsibilities

• Collect data on engineering projects, Problem reports and resolution, engineering documentation, CAD quality, etc.
• Works as an engineering process consultant and responsible to deliver process set up and implementation for engagements based on business requirements
• Create process architectures and dashboards based on business requirements
• Ability to review established processes and provide insights to Manager
• Risk based approach for business process solutions
• Troubleshoot process issues and resolve
• Capable of working in both tactical and stringent timescales
• Understanding of process maturity, management, and optimization.
• Documentation skill set with emphasis on MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio, QuickBase, Sharepoint and Qlik
• Conduct lessons learnt sessions for the teams
• Guide enable project teams on client and organisation processes
• Conduct root cause analysis and track action items to closure
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore management teams on a regular basis to rollout BKMs and standard procedures followed within and across the team.
  

Mandatory Skills Required To Perform The Job

• Knowledge in Engineering Change Management Process, Problem Solving and decision-making methods, failure analysis, ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience in developing a strong metrics driven team with attention to quality and quantity.
• Experience working in CAD (one of NX / Creo), PDM (TeamCenter) and PLM (Enovia)
• Expert in data mining and interpreting the same.
• Strong analytical knowledge, presentation and negotiation skills.
  

Desirable Skill

• Knowledge on manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge on Semiconductor equipment and its Sub Systems
