Key Responsibilities Responsibility/ownership for filling assigned demands and for getting people staffed within the talent pools - apply planning skills to leverage using internal/external channels. Work with extended teams for both external/internal channels for lead times/early closures/dedicated special support etc. Represent and/or support individual people in the scheduling process by understanding their needs, preferences, skills, etc. and matching them to roles accordingly -Supply led staffing/Special initiatives/ Transfers as part of their own span. Can represent and manage IG cases as specific initiatives' POC. Drive and/or participate in decision-making for staffing escalation -Escalate to immediate supervisors on demands/issues that need immediate attention- reduce any elements of surprises at the ground level for own/DG span. Proactively communicate availability of people/skills and push to utilize available resource - Responsible for sharing Demand-supply /other reports for specific project/Delivery Unit level calls with business POCs. Provide inputs for Demand-supply updates for Industry group level reports. Collaborate with extended teams (Bench/Swap/RML) as required. Apply data skills to ensure accurate scheduling data in scheduling systems -Support SSA/Abacus related transactions (staffing tools). Anchor calls with project/Delivery Unit Leads on new tools, process changes. Participate in related UATs (User Acceptance Testing) as Industry Group POC. Support Project Specific User/Project Manager/Delivery Unit Lead in defining, identifying and evaluating candidates for open resource requests; and filling talent requirements - Support with Sourcing strategies as needed. Demand Validation & supply tagging to be supported. Monitor closely for Demand Supply gaps and highlight proactively. Manage and track people productivity metrics such as bench, average time to fill demands for their respective talent pool -keep bench numbers and bench ageing within target. Share updates on critical cases real time with business, supervisors. Can represent Industry Group as POC for bench ageing cases along with supporting other initiatives. Meet challenging/key timelines -Keep TFS metrics within target/SLA. Support as Industry Group POC for tracking key metrices and report across Industry Group. Reduce supervisor dependency on BAU transactions & reports. Be the SME for at least 1 process/tool for the Industry Group TFS teams and help solve peer queries on the same.  Skills and Proficiency Expectations Skill Name – Talent Management Expected Proficiency Level - P0 – Trained
