Role & Responsibilities: - Working with operations, manufacturing, sales, R&D, software and procurement teams to ensure that these teams work in unison for desirable outcomes.- Making sure that ops and procurement teams are on track with their daily/weekly/monthly deliverables and mentor individuals wherever required.- Be the single POC for all key B2B customers and ensure that we have a steady increase in revenues from these accounts through up-selling and cross-selling of Jana Care products and services.- Working with Head of Finance to finalize quarterly budget for each department and ensure that the spents remain within the allocated budget for the business unit.- Work with HR to ensure that the company policies are in alignment with the organization and business goals.- Making sure that there is continuous improvement of existing processes which leads to optimizing of resources.Qualification:- A total work experience of 5+ years in operations and business roles.- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in people management.- Healthcare background is preferred.- MBA from any of the Tier 1 institutes is preferred, but not a mandate.
