Qualifications

Diploma or Degree, in Electronics / Electrical Engineering preferably in program management and supply chain

2 to 3 Years of experience in Program Management roles

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

Should have good knowledge on M S Office: Word Document, Power point Presentation, Excel Work sheet

Ability to handle program management for multiple projects simultaneously

Should be able to closely interact and hands-on work directly with multiple teams, customers, internal departments, etc

Should be able to motivate, lead and drive teams proactively for meeting the planned project deliverables successfully in a timely manner

Should be able to manage conflicts across various groups, arrive at consensus, make plans and joint decisions quickly, and ensure progress with unified focus towards the common goals

Experience in providing consistent visibility of delivery to customer

Experience with or knowledge of test engineering roles is a major plus

Experience for the project costing and submitting the RFQ
