The role will be responsible for the Growth, Profitability, Health of Business and Differentiation for this Account. Ability to find out what sells and what doesn’t and in the ability to translate this knowledge to Products, marry them with the right visibility and pricing strategy. End to end P&L management of these accounts primarily by driving Account Strategy, Business Management & Analytics, Operations Management, Brand Relationships and Selection & Inventory management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Brand Account Strategy:
- Formulating a strategy for the financial year with Commercial, Selection, Operations & Marketing Strategy – Build a strategy for Success of the brand on the platform
- Aligning the annual operating plan with other functions seeking the right support for the rest of the year
- The measure, Report and Revisit strategy every quarter, ensuring our promise to the consumer and to the management is met
Business Management & Analytics:
- Arrive at KPIs such as Growth, Profitability, Selection Health, Customer Growth & Satisfaction
- Formulate a monthly plan for each of the Category objectives with a clear outlook for the year
- Periodically, measure, report and publish reports to teams and management on the performance of a business.
- Own the inputs to the PnL – Discounts, Margins, Inventory provisioning, Marketing income etc.
Selection & Inventory Management (Buying & Planning)
- Hold full responsibility of STRs, Rate of Sale & profitability
- Ensure the right stock levels for different brands and products to support the right scale
- Ensure timely liquidation, RTVs and freshness in the selection
Operations Management:
- Inventory Management & Inwards for the Brands, Products, ensuring supplies are in line with the customer demand.
- Ownership of the replenishment module and ensuring >95% size level availability against the base stock.
- Own Pricing Management fully so that the discounts are in line with margins and brand allowances.
- Drive Visibility Management through strong Coordination with internal Store Teams and Marketing Teams to execute day to day events.
Brand Relationships:
- Independently manage the Brand Relationships ensuring Myntra is a Preferred Partner.
- Align Brand and Myntra aspirations and have actions executed for the inputs to the business.
- Pursue any negotiations on commercials, inventory & marketing as required.
